1. Overview
VanityGuru sells verified, port-ready mobile numbers and delivers the associated transfer information after payment is confirmed. VanityGuru is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any wireless carrier.
2. What you are purchasing
You are purchasing a verified port-out number and the available transfer details required to request a port with a receiving carrier. VanityGuru does not perform or control the carrier port; the receiving carrier controls its own port-processing timeline and requirements.
3. Pricing and payment
Retail prices are shown on the site (T-Mobile $10.00; AT&T and Verizon $15.00 per number) and are calculated on our servers as quantity × the applicable price. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may vary by carrier, inventory type, and availability.
4. Delivery
Inventory and transfer information are made available instantly in your account after payment is confirmed. Actual port completion depends on the receiving carrier.
5. Promotion eligibility
Where indicated, inventory is promotion eligible. Final promotional eligibility may depend on the receiving carrier’s rules and account requirements and is not guaranteed.
6. Replacements and refunds
Eligible issues are covered by our Replacement Guarantee and Replacement Policy. Replacements and refunds are handled without deleting the original financial record.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of VanityGuru and any purchased number must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws and carrier terms.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VanityGuru is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays or outcomes controlled by a receiving carrier.
